Malley Industries Inc. – Bodyguard Composites products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of purchase to the extent of the conditions set forth in the paragraphs listed below. If any failure occurs under normal use from a defect in material or workmanship within the 3-year period from the original date of purchase, such failure shall be corrected, by replacement or repair free of charge to the original purchaser.

1. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Blemishes, cracks and any/all types of imperfections must be noted at the time of receipt of the products. Pictures are required to be forwarded as part of the claim procedures.
3. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Defective material will be replaced, however maximum liability for all claims is limited to the purchase price of the unit(s) referred to above.
4. Down time will not be covered under Malley warranty while awaiting replacement parts or repair.
5. Original owner is responsible for the cost of sending in the unit(s) to be repaired and any duty or taxes due on international shipments back to Malley Industries Inc.
6. This warranty does not cover damage caused by use for other than its intended purpose or through attempted modifications or customization of the finished unit(s) or damage caused by others during installation.  In no event does Malley Industries Inc. accept or assume any responsibility or liability for incidental or consequential damages related to or arising from ownership or use of the unit(s).

Warranty Procedure:

1. To make a warranty claim, contact Malley Industries Inc. with the pertinent information regarding the unit(s) and their deficiencies. 
2. Malley Industries Inc. reserves the right to authorize repair work to be completed by an outside service facility, request the unit(s) be sent back or to dispatch one of our own technicians to execute warranty repairs
3. All warranty claims must be approved by Malley Industries Warranty Department in writing before any work may begin.
4. All invoices issued by a pre-approved outside repair facility must be sent to Malley Industries Inc. warranty department.
