Malley Industries has an immediate opening for a vinyl graphics producer / installer. Ideally this person will have experience applying 3M vinyl graphic packages on vehicles. This is a growing area of our business and a great opportunity for an experienced individual who possesses a keen eye for detail and has the agility to produce and apply cut vinyl to meet the high standards of our customers. Qualifications and Skills: 

• Experience with professional vinyl and graphic installations on vehicles (2 – 3 years) required
• Experience with SAI Flexi or similar software
• Experience with creating graphics proofs and preparing proofs for print at scale
• Experience with wide format digital print, lamination, and plotter/cutter production
• Ability to perform regular equipment maintenance
• Ability to weed and mask vinyl and prepare vinyl graphics kits for jobs
• Ability to prioritize and work fast under tight deadlines in a factory environment
• Ability to provide quotes for customers
• Must have a good understanding of the vinyl industry and various types of materials used
• Must have a good understanding of measurements (metric and imperial) and be able to calculate sq. ft. and yards
• Ability to install window tint, window perf, and reflective vinyl on vehicles
• Removal of graphics, trim pieces, wipers, handles, etc. where required
• Valid driver's license
• Graphic design experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to install full vehicle wraps a definite asset
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to lift up to vinyl rolls up to 50 lbs
• Ability to meet production deadlines
• Work in cooperation with sales/marketing and production staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, reaching, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 8 ft.
• Removal of vinyl graphics and other production-related duties as required
• Responsible for maintaining inventory and keeping track of what materials are used on jobs
• Inspect vehicle graphics once applied to ensure quality control
