Service and Warranty Coordinator

Malley Industries is looking for a Service and Warranty Coordinator to join our amazing team. The Service and Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for addressing all incoming service and warranty inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner. This position will validate warranty claims, schedule service appointments, assist management in performing various administrative tasks, oversee all appointments and consult with the management team regarding any discrepancies.

The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess computer literacy and have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements: University Degree, Trade Certification, College Diploma,
Experience: 4-7 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute all inbound and outbound service and warranty inquiries in an expedient and professional manner

  • Schedule warranty and service appointments

  • Coordinate with external customers and their respective service providers to cost-effectively address service or warranty issues

  • Work with sales and purchasing to enable that warranty/service centre meets customer schedule

  • Identify opportunities for improving process

  • Plan and schedule customer appointments for service and warranty technicians

  • Coordinate the activities of service technicians

  • Determine root cause of warranty requests

What you bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative and or sales

  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Automotive knowledge

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written English) skills

  • Valid Driver’s License
