Design
Our design office is equipped with the latest design engineering software. This allows us to quickly convert customer concept ideas into 3D computer models, CNC programs and production drawings. We have experience in the design of plastic products and a wide range of other engineered components based on client specifications. We take pride in solving our customers’ design challenges and coming up with innovations to minimize manufacturing costs.
Custom Moulding
We work with a wide range of thermoplastic materials to produce first class finished products. With thermo vacuum forming capabilities and injection moulding services, we have the team with the technical capabilities to carry out low volume development and prototype work through to high output industrialized production.
Toolmaking
The basis of a quality moulded part is a quality mould tool. Our engineering team is motivated by the satisfaction of working to the highest standards of workmanship, balanced by years of experience and technological know-how.
3D Modelling
We work closely with customers on component and product design, including reverse engineeering. Utilizing the latest laser scanning technology and 3D software, we can ensure that our production tooling meets with the required functional and aesthetic requirements for your needs. Our advanced software suite helps customers to quickly visualize the end product.
Jigs and Fixtures
Malley Industries designs a wide variety of jigs & fixtures for assembly and production. Operating with a fully equipped fabrication shop, we are able to design and manufacture a wide range of jigs and fixtures. We offer a complete solution service from conception and design through to fabrication.
