What We're Looking For

Like most companies, Malley Industries is looking to hire people who possess a positive attitude and are willing and able to work hard. Since our work is quite varied, we generally hire for long-term employment, though some summer employment and term positions are available from time to time.

Plant Production Personnel Positions

Regardless of the position you are seeking in the plant production area, we require a few basics before considering a candidate for an interview.

• Please complete our application form. Even if you have a resumé, we still require that our application be completed.
• No application will be considered if references are not supplied (current phone numbers must be included).
• Please note that we would not contact your current employer without first meeting with you and seeking your permission to do so.
• Anyone who will work in the plant area MUST be able to read a tape measure accurately. This will be verified before you are interviewed.
• You must be bondable.
• Before being awarded a position in our production area, your level of skill will be assessed by having you perform a hands on production activity related to the position you are being considered for.
• There is an expectation that persons applying for plant production work would have the basic tools that relate to the work they would be doing. (electric drill, hammer, tape measure, wrenches). A list of required tools is supplied with a letter of offer following successful completion of the interview and screening process.

Management and Administration Positions

As a growing company, we encourage professionals who may be interested in joining our management/administration team to submit resumes along with letters of introduction outlining the areas where your greatest strengths lie.

Our expectation for management and administration positions is similar to that of plant production positions in that we are seeking hard workers who have a positive attitude, are dedicated to professionalism and continuous learning. Additionally, we look for people who recognize the value of making a positive contribution toward teamwork and are committed to ensuring that everyone is treated with respect no matter what position they hold.
