Inventory Coordinator

We currently have an opening for an Inventory Coordinator to work in our Inventory Department. Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor the primary focus of this role is to coordinate the efforts of the department specifically the inventory management system. This is a full-time, permanent position in our Dieppe location.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent GED
  • Over 2 years working knowledge of Syspro deemed an asset
  • Speak English, Read English, Write English
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Receive all products via the Inventory Control System (Syspro)
  • Working knowledge with Build of Materials (BOM) in Syspro
  • Create purchase orders as required
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with US and Canadian customs
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking
  • Job task planning and organizing
  • Significant use of memory

Aluminum Welder

We currently have an opening for an Aluminum Welder / Parts Manufacturer.

The position will involve custom aluminum and steel fabrication and welding using light gage sheets to plates. In this position you must be able to follow drawing and written directions on work orders, work safely and efficiently, use basic hand and power tools and work in a team environment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • GMAW (MIG) welding in both aluminum and steel a definite asset
  • Use of hydraulic punches, shears and metal breaks
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools

Education:

  • College diploma in Welding would be an asset but not necessary

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing the Product Specialist will call on a variety of large and small businesses, municipalities, government agencies, resellers, contractors and the automotive sector to sell a variety and respected product portfolio.

We have an opening for an Autobody Technician in our production facility

If so, you may be the candidate we are looking for to join our growing company, where customizing vehicles is our specialty.

If you have 3-5 years of experience with body work (either personal or professional) and would enjoy the challenge of working on new vehicles that have been custom manufactured, Malley Industries would welcome your application.

Must be able to work independently with a high degree of quality and be capable of working with a variety of materials, including fiberglass and steel. Must be bondable and demonstrate proven track record working in a team environment.

We offer a competitive wage rate, a full benefit package, and a new and clean working environment. The hours of work are during the day for a total of 40 hours per week.
